Sony Reader vs. Kindle

Any thoughts?? I'm starting to research both and I'm wondering if anyone has used both and which they like better. I looking into buying the Sony Reader Pocket...price was very right..only $200. But you cannot make notes in the margin or highlight passages. I'd like to be able to upload my own work to it and make notes and that. It'd be much easier to read than on the laptop.

How many books do you read in a month??

I read far fewer than I'd like. Right now I'm averaging 1-2....wish I could do at least 1 a week. By reading time is limited though....it's usually just before I go to bed...half hour if I'm lucky. Some nights I'm so bushed I only read a chapter then lights out :(

Wish someone could invent a way to survive on less sleep!

Next week I leave on a trip to San Antonio, to visit my Dad who's in the hospital recovering from a bone marrow transplant. I'll be gone for four days or so. My daughter is coming with me and we're traveling with my brother and sister-in-law and their kids, so wish me luck. I'll be in the car for nine hours with four kids ages seven and under.
